Because the excavation season is coming to an end, the photo of the month of October shows a scene from the excavation house of Priene. There are many excavation houses in Anatolia that impress with their beauty. They all are the living space of archaeology teams. Probably the big table in the center of the photo hosted many archaeology teams and witnessed many interesting events. However, as far as we can see, only a breakfast for two was prepared on the day the photo was taken. These two people made a great contribution to Anatolian research. They are two important scholars whose paths crossed at the German Archaeological Institute. The person who is serving tea elegantly studied Anatolian architecture in its entirety and gave lectures about it at Istanbul University. His name is Rudolf Naumann. The second person who is calmly waiting for her tea with a cigarette in her hand is Katharina Otto-Dorn. She came to Ankara with an official invitation. There she founded the Chair of Art History and Turcology at the Faculty of Language, History, and Geography. Otto-Dorn followed the traces of Islamic and Seljuk art in wide geography with her publications and studies. The third person worth mentioning in the room is the photographer. Obviously, due to the lack of light, he had to take a longer exposure. Possibly he asked Naumann and Otto-Dorn to stand still for a while. Se\u00e7ti\u01e7imiz foto\u01e7raf\u0131n merkezindeki b\u00fcy\u00fck masa da eminiz pek \u00e7ok kalabal\u0131k arkeoloji ekibini a\u01e7\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f ve pek \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7 olaya tan\u0131kl\u0131k etmi\u015ftir. Fakat \u00fczerindeki malzemelerden anlad\u0131\u01e7\u0131m\u0131z kadar\u0131yla foto\u01e7raf\u0131n \u00e7ekildi\u01e7i g\u00fcn sadece iki ki\u015fi i\u00e7in bir kahvalt\u0131 haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Az sonra bu sakin odada kahvalt\u0131 edecek bu iki ki\u015fi, Anadolu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sunmu\u015f; yollar\u0131 Alman Arkeoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde kesi\u015fmi\u015f iki \u00f6nemli bilim insan\u0131d\u0131r.
