Her research interests include historic documents and writings, the history of classical archaeology, networks in the 19th century and Mycenaean pottery. During an archival internship, she first started working on holdings from the DAI Athens archives, later transcribed documents from the early years of the institute and then completed a master\u2019s thesis on the personal diary of Johann Friedrich Julius Schmidt.
