Archaeo-Informatics 2022 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Challenges in Digital Archaeology \u2013 Research Data Management, Digital Documentation Methods, Innovation and Technology<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The Istanbul Department of the German Archaeological Institute (DAI) and the Department of Settlement Archaeology of the Middle East Technical University (METU) are organising a conference on \u201cArchaeo-Informatics: Challenges in Digital Archaeology\u201d. The event, to be held von 23.-25. November 2022 will focus on Digital Documentation and Documentation Standards in Archaeology, Digital Data Analysis and Archiving, and Digital Data Publication.<\/p>\n These topics provide both new opportunities for archaeological research as well as new challenges in dealing with data and standards.
